Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before availing our computer repair services. By engaging F1 – Computer Service for computer repair services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions apply to both individuals and legal entities (collectively referred to as “Customer” or “You”).

  • Service Limitations: F1 – Computer Service offers computer repair services, including but not limited to hardware repair, software troubleshooting, and maintenance. We do not guarantee that we can repair or resolve every issue, and we reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion. Our technicians will provide an estimate of the repair cost and time after diagnosing the issue.
  • Data Loss: F1 – Computer Service is not responsible for any data loss that may occur during the repair process. We recommend that you back up your data before submitting your device for repair. We will not be held responsible for any data recovery, data transfer, or data storage services unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.
  • Warranty: F1 – Computer Service provides a limited warranty for the repairs performed by our technicians. This warranty covers labor and parts for a period of [Warranty Duration, e.g., 30 days] from the date of invoice. The warranty does not cover any pre-existing issues, accidental damages, or issues resulting from misuse, abuse, or unauthorized modifications.
  • Payment: Full payment is due upon completion of the repair service. F1 – Computer Service accepts payments in the form of cash, credit/debit cards, or checks. Any returned checks or declined credit card payments will be subject to additional fees.
  • Liability Limitations: F1 – Computer Service will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from our services, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or any other intangible losses. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with the services provided by us shall not exceed the amount you paid for the services.
  • Abandoned Property: If you fail to collect your device and pay for the repair services within 60 days of being notified that the repairs have been completed, F1 – Computer Service reserves the right to consider the device abandoned. We may dispose of or sell the device to recover any outstanding fees, and you will be responsible for any shortfall.
  • Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

By availing our services, you agree to the terms and conditions set forth above. If you do not agree with any part of these terms and conditions, please notify us immediately and do not proceed with the service.
